Surroundings – Olimpic Mountains

If you love the nature and mountain sports you can spend an exciting day among the enchanting alpine sceneries that were the seat of the Winter Olympic games of Turin 2006.

Going there is very easy, thanks to an efficient motorway connection that is just 5 minutes away from the Bed & Breakfast Anna and it joins together Moncalieri to the Val Susa; in this way you can easily get to the Alps Winter Resort, a district that joins together six winter stations of the Alta Val Susa, to make you live an unforgettable moment.

Bardonecchia, Claviere, Cesana-Sansicario Pragelato, Sauze d’Oulx and Sestriere are places that in winter become a heaven for skiers and in summer they suggest walks and relaxing moments.

The fortresses also worth a visit: they are located in the valleys and in the mountains, witnesses of a past made of battles and conquests. There is the Forte (Fortess) di Fenestrelle, the most extended masonry construction, after the great wall of China, the Forte (Fortess) di Exilles, and the Abbey of the Sacra di San Michele that stands on the top of the mountain Pirchiriano, at the entrance of the Valle di Susa.
